I say this with my whole chest: Showit is my forever website builder. It’s my go-to because I can literally create any visual that comes to mind without clunky boxes and pre-coded sections holding me back. I don’t need to code, and my clients don’t either. It’s full creative freedom, and it’s why I’ll always be proud to design on Showit.
I design exclusively on Showit. If you’re interested in hiring me as your designer, please be aware that this may involve transitioning from your current platform, but it ensures we can create a fully customized and optimal website experience for you. If you’re concerned about making post-service modifications to your website, don’t worry, Showit has a complete video tutorial library that you can refer to, giving you the flexibility to manage and update your site as needed. They also have an amazing chat support service!
If you’re a personal brand and the face of your business, it’s essential that you provide brand-aligned photos—ideally your own. I highly recommend against using stock photography in this case, as it can make your brand feel generic and disconnected from your unique identity.
If you're a small business and not the face of the brand, you may choose to provide stock images (free or paid). Please note: you are responsible for sourcing and providing all imagery. Free stock photo options are extremely limited, and paid options will add an additional cost. I may advise against stock imagery if it’s likely to weaken your brand’s impact or authenticity.
That depends on your jurisdiction and the nature of your business, but in most cases—yes, your website should include Terms & Conditions and a Privacy Policy. These documents not only help you comply with legal requirements (especially around privacy and data protection), but they also protect you, your business, and your clients.
You’ll have the opportunity to include these in your website copy, and I’ll provide a few resources in our shared Google Drive to help guide you. That said, I’m not responsible for creating or reviewing your legal content, and I can’t be held liable if you choose not to include these on your site.
This service includes foundational SEO best practices: meta titles and descriptions, keywords, clear URLs, and appropriate text tags to ensure your site is structured correctly for search engines. However, to truly rank high on Google, you’ll need to go beyond your website; things like regularly publishing valuable content, earning quality backlinks, maintaining an active presence on social platforms, and keeping your Google Business profile up to date all play a key role in long-term visibility.
I’d love to hear more about your project and what you have in mind. From there, I’ll follow up with next steps and a custom quote. ☺︎
